Rejoice with us as we celebrate Confirmation activities March 22. We anticipate hosting ecumenical worship services provided by Christians Caring as part of The Passion Week. We seek your prayers, during these heightened times of uncertainty, for commitment to God's purpose and for remembering that unless the Spirit is with us we labor in vain.

Our church will continue in the 2009-2010 school year, the sponsorship of the Lincoln Food Bank Backpack Program. Many of our community's children rely on school breakfasts and lunches for their most nutritious meals of the day. In some cases, the school's breakfast or lunch is the only meal a child receives. During the weekend this can create a food crisis for these children and their families. In effort to provide these students (and their family) over the weekend, our goal is to send home food-filled backpacks on Friday afternoons with 60 kids.
